SUSTAINABLE DIET



   An online interview on sustainable diet was organized on the occasion of the World Food
   Day  with  the  participation  of  Prof.  Dr.  Emine  Aksoydan  to  adopt  a  healthier  and  more
   environmentally friendly lifestyle. During the interview, Professor Aksoydan gave advice on

   how  to  adopt  sustainable  eating  habits,  the  link  between  food  production  and
   consumption and environmental impacts and practical steps that can be taken in daily life
   to adopt sustainable dietary principles. In this
   sense, the interview was as a crucial step to
   raise awareness on sustainability and dietary

   issues and to raise public awareness.

















                                                             RENOVATION AT THE DINING HALLS

                                                           Our  Rector  Prof.  Dr.  Fatih  Altun,  Vice-

                                                           Rectors Prof. Dr. Oktay Özkan and Prof.
                                                           Dr. M. Hakan Poyrazoğlu inspected the
                                                           ongoing  renovation  works  at  the
                                                           student  and  staff  dining  halls  of  the
                                                           university.  The  goal  is  to  provide  a
                                                           better service at the dining halls.
