STRATEGIC ACTION PLAN

In the strategic management cycle, the performance program is prepared in a

holistic manner after the strategic plan is prepared. Universities must base their
budgets and resource allocations on program and project basis on their
strategic plans to provide services at the desired level and quality. Therefore,
the budget of the university is associated with the goals and objectives in the

strategic plan. The budget and plan are implemented by preparing the
Performance Program. Action plans are annual plans that show the activities
for the implementation of the strategic plan after the completion of the
strategic planning process, the units responsible for carrying out these activities

and providing support services, the start and end dates of the activities and the
impact of the action on the target. Our university prepared an Action Plan for
the Strategic Plan in 2023.
