SUSTAINABLE CAMPUS TRANSPORTATION POLICIES

Campus Shuttle Service and Pedestrian Policy
Campus ring shuttles run on 100% electricity and are zero emission. With the

vision of zero-emission transportation, our university regularly provides on-
campus shuttle services with environmentally friendly electric bus services.

Promoting Cycling

There is a bicycle rental system provided by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality
at many points on the central campus. In the system called KAYBIS, member
students use the bicycles free of charge for the first half hour.

For our students, staff and guests who
will come to Erciyes University campus
from various points of Kayseri, 100%
electric tram services provided by Kayseri

Metropolitan Municipality pass through
the campus. Therefore, carbon emissions
on campus are reduced by public

transportation.
